I've loved jewelry all my life, and have been making it for about 15 years. This little hobby began when friends showed me how to make beaded necklaces. Before I knew it, I was collecting beads, making my own jewelry, and making more to give as gifts or sell at local craft fairs.
My designs have both classic and contemporary elements, blending colors with neutrals. Some pieces are more romantic and delicate, while others are bolder. Most are feminine. I combine beads of glass, semi-precious gemstones, crystals, pearls, metals, and ceramics to make unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry. Although I favor sterling silver and gold-filled metals, I also enjoy using silver, copper, or gold-plated pewter. I don't use plastics, but instead buy reasonably-priced components of good quality and pass the savings forward. You'll find here affordable jewelry with decent quality.
Jewelry fans are often curious about the different materials that in our jewelry. We wonder about terms like silver-filled or gold-filled. To learn more about various jewelry terms, please visit my "Beads & Bling" page, which can be reached through the link at the top of this page.
